Get Moving
Don't set exercise goals you can't meet. Otherwise, you'll stop working out all together. Exercising for 90 minutes really hard one day and not being able to exercise again for a week isn’t helpful. Be consistent. Try to work out on two weekdays and one weekend day for 30 minutes to start. If you can only do 20 minutes, that is fine as well. Or if you can do 10 minutes three times a day, that works. Just get moving and keep moving one step at a time.
