Recipe: Fresh Fruit Smoothie

1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup peaches, sliced
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, stemmed
1 1/2 cups ice chips

Pour ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Yield about 4 cups.
