Wake Up Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 large ripe banana
1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
½ cup raspberries or 2 kiwi peeled and sliced
1 cup nonfat yogurt
¼ cup orange juice
2 tablespoons of honey


Place all ingredients in the blender and blend 45 seconds until smooth. Serve.
