Recipe:Black Bean Artichoke Burger

Black Bean Artichoke Burger

Ingredients: 1 15oz can black beans
1 13oz can quartered artichokes bottoms
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup onion
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 egg
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp your favorite spice blend

Instructions: Put everything in food processor
Omitting the walnuts and egg
Pulse a little, but leave a little chunky
Then add walnuts and egg and pulse a little more
Transfer into a ball and form into patties.
Grill 4-5 minutes on each side.
